At The Rooted Refuge, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed care for individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. Our specialties include anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, dissociative disorders, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts, as well as sleep and insomnia concerns, chronic pain, and chronic illness.
